Located within the Harding Mott University Center at the University of Michigan-Flint, UCEN Café is a central campus dining destination serving students, faculty, staff, and visitors throughout the day. Picasso Restaurant Group joined the UM-Flint community in 2018 and worked alongside University architects to transform the traditional cafeteria into a modern micro-restaurant dining experience. The redesigned space brings together multiple food concepts while creating an inviting environment for students and faculty to dine, meet, collaborate, and connect. Serving breakfast, lunch, and early dinner, UCEN Café offers a diverse selection of freshly prepared meals, rotating daily choices, convenient grab-and-go options, and chef-inspired favorites designed around the needs of a busy university community. Through fresh food, variety, value, and welcoming service, Picasso Restaurant Group is proud to be part of the UM-Flint experience and to provide a dining environment that brings the campus community together. UCEN Café provides comprehensive catering for meetings, conferences, student organizations, faculty functions, nonprofit events, celebrations, and social gatherings throughout the University of Michigan-Flint campus. With campus venues ranging from boardrooms and lecture halls to larger event and ballroom spaces, Picasso Restaurant Group offers flexible food and service options designed around gatherings of different sizes and styles. Our team can assist with menu planning, preparation, staffing, delivery, setup, and service, helping coordinate everything from a casual meeting or working lunch to a larger reception or special event. Working alongside the University’s event team, UCEN Café is committed to providing fresh food, professional service, and welcoming hospitality for guests throughout the UM-Flint community.
