We are working to align our public website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we continue to review and improve our digital experiences as content, technology, and accessibility guidance evolve.
Our goal is for customers to be able to browse locations, review menus and nutrition information, submit forms, use account features, and access other public services using a range of devices and assistive technologies.
The website includes accessibility support that works by default, along with optional display and reading preferences available from the blue Accessibility button.
Public website navigation and interactive controls are designed to be usable without a mouse, with visible keyboard focus and skip navigation support.
Visitors can increase text size, underline links, use a more readable font, and enable higher-contrast presentation through Accessibility settings.
Browser-based page and selection readers are available for visitors who benefit from hearing page content spoken aloud.
Visitors can reduce animation and moving content, and the website also respects compatible operating-system reduced-motion preferences.
Layouts are designed to remain usable at increased browser zoom and on narrow screens without requiring unnecessary horizontal scrolling.
The website identifies its primary language for assistive technologies and provides a preferred-language setting for multilingual visitors. Reviewed translated content can be added without changing the site’s accessible structure.
We use WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our primary accessibility target and are also incorporating relevant WCAG 2.2 improvements where practical.
Our accessibility work includes code review, keyboard testing, focus and form testing, text resizing and responsive reflow review, contrast checks, reduced-motion support, and compatibility considerations for screen readers and other assistive technology.
Whenever practical, we aim to provide important customer information in accessible web-based formats. Some menus, documents, ordering systems, maps, or other resources may be provided by third parties and may have accessibility characteristics outside our direct control.
If you encounter a document or third-party resource that is difficult to use, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide the information in an alternative accessible format.
Visitors can save a preferred language through the Accessibility panel. English is currently the primary language of the website, and translated content should be reviewed before it is used for ingredient, nutrition, allergen, or food-safety decisions. For allergy or dietary questions, please contact the applicable location or our team directly.
If you experience an accessibility barrier, need information in an alternative format, or have suggestions for improving the website, please contact us. When possible, include the page or feature you were trying to use and a brief description of the issue.
