We will hold a drawing at the end of each month based on survey submissions received during that month. To ensure fairness, only submissions from the current month will be eligible for the drawing. For example, if you submitted a survey in January, you would not be entered into February’s drawing. To participate, you’ll need to complete a new survey for the current month.
